Antonio Rudiger new contract talk has once again hit a stumbling block as an agreement is proving difficult to reach, MySportPlug reporting.
The German defender is a key figure in the defense of Chelsea and they are doing everything possible to reach an agreement for a new contract.
Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain are already monitoring Antonio Rudiger situation with the London side as they will be looking to sign him if an agreement fails to happen.
This won’t be the first time talks with the player have resulted to nothing as his demands seem to be the problem for Chelsea to agree upon as he want an increase in wage.
His is currently contracted with the Blues until end of the season which could see him leave the club as a free agent and Real Madrid or Paris Saint Germain could sign him.
Contract talks between Antonio Rudiger and Chelsea have stalled once again as both parties are yet to hit an agreement, according to claims coming from The Times.
MySportPlug can confirm that Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are closely monitoring a German international defender that could hit free agency next summer.
If things didn’t work out an approach could happen as early as January from either clubs who will be looking to sign a pre-contract with him that could see him join them when the season ends.
Chelsea already have plans of possible backup plan which include them going back to Sevilla for Jules Kounde who they almost sign on transfer deadline day.
The deal to land Kounde came to a close after Chelsea failed to reach the requested fee which was €80 million and the Premier League side were offering €50M that was turned down.
Although personal terms were agreed with the defender, without Sevilla agreeing to the transfer fee things broke down and the negotiations ended with nothing working out.
