Kai Havertz was on target as Chelsea claimed an impressive 2-0 victory against Tottenham in the EFL Carabao Cup semifinals first leg at home, MySportPlug Reporting.
It wasn’t an easy game for the Blues who came into the match ready and made sure they got the job done the way the manager instructed them after coming in with a different kind of formation than the usual he is known for using against teams.
Ben Davis scored an own-goal which completed things in a match that was filled with so many clear caught opportunities that could have altered something to how the result looked like now after 90 minutes of football played at Stamford Bridge.
