It was raining goal at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea flooded Chesterfield with 5-1 to book qualification into the next round of the Emirates FA Cup, MySportPlug Reporting.
It was an amazing game that saw the first already filled with goals coming from Timo Werner who started it with Callum Hudson Odoi alongside Romelu Lukaku and Andreas Christensen all making it count going forward under 45 minutes.
Chelsea Vs Chesterfield wasn’t a hard-fought game coming from the visitors who were no match for what the Blues were delivering going forward all through the encounter which was nonstop action filled with so many talking points.

Another one came from the home side in the 39th minute from defender Andreas Christensen who made sure he got his name on the scoresheet from a brilliant one making the advantage increase to 4-0 with few minutes left to play.
It came to an end in the first half with Chelsea heading into the break with an incredible 4-0 scoreline against Chesterfield at Stamford Bridge after a good 45 minutes of football coming from the home side.
A good start in the second half as Thomas Tuchel players picked up from where they left things in the first 46 minutes which saw the scoring goals for fun as they were unstoppable against their opponent who couldn’t deal with the pressure.
Hakim Ziyech from the penalty spot scored another one in the 55th minute after a foul against Chesterfield which saw the Moroccan stepping up to make it count for another goal to make the scoreline 5-0 it the game was more open.
Chelsea didn’t stop there as they continue to push for more with fresh legs already brought in the game by the manager who had to take off some of his players with Tottenham and Manchester City encounters ahead after they finished off the match on the ground.
The visiting side pulled one goal back which came in the 80th minute of the encounter that was scored by Akwasi Asante who found a way to beat the goalkeeper to make the scoreline turn 5-1 from a wonderful finish.
Chelsea held on as the match ended with a result of 5-1 against Chesterfield which means the Blues move into the next round of the competition after an impressive win at their home ground against a lower league side who gave a good amount of themselves.
