Barcelona Open Talks With Man City Sergio Aguero

Barcelona have currently open talks and negotiate with Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero who is set to leave Etihad after end of the season, MySportPlug reports.

The Argentine will call it quit when the current 2020/2021 season comes to an end after failing to reach an agreement for a new contract which could have seen him remain with the club for long.

Barcelona are set to beat Chelsea for the signature of Sergio Aguero who is set to make a move away from Manchester City after a prosperous career playing for the Citizens.

Liga giants want Manchester City star as a free agent despite reports suggesting that the striker is strongly linked with a move to Chelsea.

Barcelona has, according to Sky Sports, opened talks with representatives of Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero them looking to seal a move before the end of the season.

The Argentine frontman is due to become a free agent in the summer, as his contract with the Citizens runs down, and those at Camp Nou are now discussing a switch that could see him join them.

Chelsea is yet to approach Sergio Aguero who was reported that he would prefer to remain in England and not interested in making a return to Spain.

The striker made a name for himself during his time with Atletico Madrid before making that move to a side who were just growing up in the Premier League.

The Argentine went on and become Manchester City’s highest goal scorer in their history which he also helped them win numerous trophies which include the Premier League till date.

They go up against Chelsea for a chance to win the UEFA Champions League which will be the first time Sergio Aguero might be able to achieve such a feat before making that move.
